System Profiler

To ensure our engineers can successfully test bugs please submit your System Profiler
report as xml file using the new System Profiler.

Crash Reporter

Crashlogs are very useful in helping our engineers investigate bugs. To locate a crash log,
please check the following location: ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Happjo
