Can I use Happjo on more than one Mac with a single user license?
The license is bound to a specific computer. You can install Happjo on one Mac with the one license key. If you wish to run Happjo on multiple machines you will have to buy a license key for each mac.

How do I update to the latest release of Happjo?
Simply download from our website and install Happjo on top of your existing installation. You won't have to re-register.

I never received / lost my license key, what should I do?
After completing the purchase process the serial number is sent to you via email automatically. It usually comes very quickly, but in some cases it might take up to a few days. If you haven't received a key for a while, please check your spam folder, then contact us and we will look it up for you.

Is Happjo available in language other than English?
Happjo is available in English and German.

How do I get Happjo started?
Just download Happjo, install it on your Mac and run the application. Happjo starts full screen automatically. Than open a webbrowser.
To open the Web Admin use the URL as follows: http://your_IP:8080 (eg.http://194.132.231.32:8080). You can find the IP address in Happjo window.
The editor works with Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari. To start quick and easy use Bonjour.

I need a login to initially launch Happjo. What should I do?
When intitially launching Happjo in your webbrowser you have to log in for access. Enter at the first request for login "admin" and than the password "1234". Your are logged in as administrator and should reset the password.
